Our Brazil Santos coffee comes from the Mogiana area of Sul de Minas in Brazil famed for its great coffees – it’s the base of this blend offering the nutty chocolate notes.
Our Colombian coffee is grown by the Racafe family business, on their farm El Placar, it is a delicious specialty coffee from the Pereira region which adds a dominant sweetness to our finished blend. We’ve chosen the Tres Marias coffee from Huehuetenango in Guatemala to add body, ideal for espresso-based drinks.
The area in which it is grown is high in the Sierra Madre mountains – famous for full-bodied coffees.
We develop the roast well to bring out the sweet, rich, and indulgent caramel character while enhancing the body to create a smooth and rounded flavour that cuts through milk.
Our well stocked bar serves favourites from our local Bays Brewery Devon Rock and Devon Cove. Pearl and Oyster Pilsner and cider also available cold on draft.
We have a selection of flavoured Gins, Devon rum, and other local tipples.
