Dear Guest,

• Booking is advised at all times, arrival time from 12 noon, no pitching up after 8pm due to H & S and disturbance of other guests. Check out is 10 am on day of departure.
• Remaining balance for all bookings must be made 28 days before arrival. Cancellations within 28 days of arrival is non-refundable. Deposits (£30) are non-refundable.
• Driving speeds on site are a MAXIMUM 5mph. Children often play near their accommodation and around site.
• When pitching motorhome/caravan/tent please keep on left of pitch and car to the right between the marked pitches.
• DO NOT USE HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES like kettles, toasters, microwaves etc, these are not correct amperage and will trip electrics on site.
• Please kindly place all your refuse in the allocated bin areas, do not litter hedges. Nappy bins are available in the main toilet blocks. Use these bins FOR WET WIPES don’t put them down the toilet.
• No Firepits allowed but If you are having a barbeque, please dispose of and extinguish properly. Keep them raised off the grass. NO GENERATORS ALLOWED TO BE USED ON SITE.
• We do not sell calor gas on the site, but the nearest supplier is for 906 and 904’s is at Bayside Marine Higher Furzeham Road TQ5 8QP, 01803 856771, or Hammer and Nails.
• Please keep the amenity block (showers/toilets/washing up/Elsan point) areas clean and leave them as you would expect to find them. The Chemical/Elsan point is behind bin area.
• The nearest groceries and newspaper shop is the Co-Op in Great Rea Road. Turn right out of main gate and go to the end of Centry Road turn left and Great Rea Road is 50 meters on the right.

• Launderette is located in the main amenities block, washing machines and dryers are on a £1 slot
• system (£4 wash, £1 dryer 10mins), iron is available from reception on a £5 deposit.
• The nearest telephone is on the corner of Great Rea Road.
• Doctors – St Luke’s and Greenwood Medical 01803 853153 and Compass house 01803 855897. In a life-threatening emergency call 999. Whilst the site has emergency equipment, it is the responsibility of the unit owner to ensure they are equipped to deal with such an eventuality. For Police and fire call 999.
• We welcome all dogs, but if a banned breed (including part cross breed) unfortunately we can’t accept them on site. Dogs MUST BE KEPT ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES AND THEIR FAECES PICKED UP IMMEDIATELY.  Dog bins are around the site and local area.
• Brixham Rugby club are pleased to welcome you to use their Bar facilities situated a few minute’s walk on Rea Barn Road, TQ5 9ED.

• Fire assembly point is located opposite reception (on corner of car park).
• NO Ball Games on site as damage may occur towards guest accommodations.
• Radios/TV’s must not be used at a volume that annoys other campers and not after 10pm.
• Any verbal or physical abuse directed towards staff, you will be asked to leave site immediately.
• No personal alcohol/drinks are allowed in Pearl & Oyster bar or outside fenced area due to licencing.
